To ensure timely service to each guest, we may need to reschedule your reservation if you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled time. Your appointment fee will be nonrefundable!!
Please note: No-shows and cancellations without a notice will require a deposit to schedule a new appointment and hold the time slot on the stylists’ schedule.
